Summary: | The utility model discloses an ultra-small multi-channel real-time fluorescent spectrum detection device, comprising a sample cell, an excitation light source, a fluorescent transmission channel and a multispectral sensor, wherein the fluorescent transmission channel is used for acquiring fluorescent signals formed by emitted light, and the fluorescent signals are effectively output by fibers or fiber bundles for detecting; and the multispectral sensor comprises a band pass filter and a photodiode, the band pass filter realizes spectrum selection of fluorescence with different wavelengths, and the photodiode senses the intensity of fluorescence with the wavelength corresponding to the band pass filter matched with the photodiode. According to the technical scheme, the multispectral sensor substitutes a traditional filter light splitting system, so that the equipment structure is greatly simplified and the volume of the detection system is reduced; and by adopting the fluorescent transmission channel formed by the fibers or fiber bundles, the energy loss of emitted fluorescence in light path propagation is reduced, the device is cleaner compared with a traditional open transmission structure and is unlikely to be polluted by dust, and the experimental accuracy and sensitivity are improved. |
