Summary:A detection apparatus for the baking temperature of a steel ladle mainly comprises a thermocouple and a temperature recorder connected to the thermocouple. The thermocouple is inserted into a connection hole of an inverted-U-shaped fixing stand. The bottom end of the inverted-U-shaped fixing stand is connected to an arc counterweight block. A first thermocouple insertion hole is arranged in the center line of the arc counterweight block. A fixing groove is arranged above the first thermocouple insertion hole. A thermocouple fixing member is in threaded connection with the fixing groove. The thermocouple fixing member is equipped with a second thermocouple insertion hole. The second thermocouple insertion hole and the first thermocouple insertion hole are positioned in the same center line. Skirt pipes are positioned outside the arc counterweight block and connected to the inverted-U-shaped fixing stand via bolts. The skirt pipes are equipped with chutes, and the bolts are arranged in the chutes. A hanger is connected on the top end of the inverted-U-shaped fixing stand, and is connected to a hanging chain. The detection apparatus can accurately measure the baking temperature of a steel ladle, prevents the structure of an inner liner from being damaged, is convenient to use, and is simple in structure.
