Summary: | The utility model discloses a toughened bracket of chemically-toughened glass for a display screen. The toughened bracket is a bracket body which is formed by welding a plurality of stainless steel bars, wherein a high silica glass fiber layer is arranged on the surface of each steel bar. According to the toughened bracket, a layer of high silica glass fiber winds the surface of an existing stainless steel bracket to prevent the glass from contacting stainless steel, so that the direct contact area of ions, such as iron, titanium, nickel and chromium in the stainless steel bracket, with the glass surface is reduced; the layer of high silica glass fiber is arranged between the display screen glass and the stainless steel bracket; and the display screen glass and the stainless steel bracket form indirect contact, so that the ions in the stainless steel on the bracket for infiltrating into the surface of the glass at a high temperature are reduced; the defects of chemical tempered production of the display screen glass are greatly reduced; the production efficiency and the yield are improved; and the toughened bracket is beneficial to popularization and application. |
