The thickness of the breaking notch is less than the thickness of the wall of the connecting neck. At least one break-off arm is fixed on the top of the connecting neck. The straightly-folded type flushing cover has the advantages that: the user can open the cover with small strength by utilizing the lever effect of the break-off arm; the point of strength of the hand is on the break-off arm upon opening the cover; the stressed area is large, the damage to the skin is small, and the safety is high; a special breaking notch is provided, and the breaking notch can be broken by pulling, pressing or twisting, thus the operation is flexible.
