The utility model discloses a low-floor tramcar with a skylight. The low-floor tramcar comprises a rail car module (A) with a cab, a levitated vehicle module (B) and a trailer module (C) with a pantograph, wherein the rail car module (A) with the cab, the levitated vehicle module (B) and the trailer module (C) with the pantograph are connected with one another in series; a machine bin is arranged on the rear part of the cab of the rail car module with the cab and is used for storing a cooling device (1), a brake resistor (2), a traction and auxiliary inverter (3) and an energy storage device (4); skylight glass (5) and a cooling area (6) of directly facing the machine bin are arranged at the top of the rail car module with the cab; an air-conditioning device (7) and the skylight glass (5) are arranged at the top of the levitated vehicle module; and a current collector (8) is arranged at the top of the trailer module with the pantograph. The mounting position of electric equipment is moved into the machine bin which is individually arranged on the rear part of the cab from the roof; and the vacated space in the roof is used for mounting the skylight glass, so that transparent arrangement of the roof is realized; and the riding comfort and the inspection convenience are improved.
