Summary: | The utility model relates to a data acquisition unit based on a single chip microcomputer. The data acquisition unit comprises a PC monitoring unit, an on-site main control machine and an intelligent acquisition point module, wherein the intelligent acquisition point module comprises a data acquisition unit, a data display unit and a CAN communication unit; and the main control machine comprises an I/V converter, an A/D converter, a main controller, a sound-light alarm and display device, a CAN controller, a transmit-receive driver and a CAN bus. A design philosophy of separated treatment is adopted by the data acquisition unit provided by the utility model, data acquisition and part of data processing tasks are given to an intelligent processing unit of an equipment layer for completion, and a monitoring and diagnosing layer is mainly used for monitoring and fault diagnosis. Results of on-site sensors are acquired and processed through the intelligent acquisition points, current alarm states are displayed according to a set alarm line, states of the current acquisition points are sent to the main control machine through an on-site bus, and the main control machine performs corresponding processing such as result printing, buzzing alarm and information transmission to the PC monitoring unit according to states of slave machines. |
