The main extraction and drainage pipe horizontally arranged is connected with a four-way pipe through a flange under the main extraction and drainage pipe. A blank cap is arranged between the flange and a first connector of the four-way pipe. The blank cap is formed by combining a cylindrical section and a conical section. The cylindrical section of the blank cap is connected with the flange. The conical section of the blank cap is connected with the first connector. A second connector and a fourth connector of the four-way pipe are horizontal connectors and are provided with ball valves respectively and connected with the extraction and drainage hoses through extraction and drainage pup joints respectively. Ball valves are mounted at the second connector and the fourth connector respectively. A third connector at the lowermost end of the four-way pipe is provided with a ball valve and connected with a water draining mechanism. The gas extraction pipe communicating device is light, convenient to use, capable of connecting 20 drill holes into a straight line and capable of achieving the functions of single-hole draining, deslagging, measuring of gas extraction and drainage parameters and the like, and meanwhile the phenomenon of gas leakage of the drill holes is eradicated.
