The multifunctional positioning plate comprises a bottom plate (1), wherein a negative-positive plate fixing groove (2) is formed in each of the two sides of the bottom plate (1); the multifunctional positioning plate is characterized in that a strip-shaped bulge (3) is arranged on the bottom plate (1); the bulge (3) extends from one end of the bottom plate (1) to the other end of the bottom plate; a first runner (4) and a second runner (5) are respectively formed in the two sides of the bulge (3), and adopt inclined surfaces; a clamping position (6) is arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate (1); liquid in the positioning plate can be discharged in time, so that a condition that a copper bar is soaked in the liquid, can be avoided; the power consumption during electrolysis is reduced, the product quality is improved, and the integral displacement of the positioning plate is avoided.
