Summary: | A methanol recycling device for an esterification reaction kettle comprises an ester exchange reaction kettle for providing a methanol steam source and a methanol storage tank for storing recycled methanol, wherein a methanol steam outlet is arranged at the top end of the reaction kettle, the methanol steam outlet is connected with two condensers arranged in series through gas delivery pipelines, liquid outlets are formed in the bottom ends of the two condensers, and the two liquid outlets are respectively connected with the methanol storage tank through liquid delivery pipelines mounted with control valves; both of the parts, at the inlet sides of the control valves, of the liquid delivery pipelines connected with the two liquid outlets are connected with a vacuum recycling tank through a bypass pipeline, a control valve for controlling the bypass pipeline to open and close is further arranged on the bypass pipeline, and the bottom end of the vacuum recycling tank is connected with the methanol storage tank through a pipeline. The heating temperature of a material is greatly reduced in a vacuum recycling mode, so that heating energy consumption is reduced, and the methanol recycling rate is improved. |
