The methanol distributor comprises a plurality of methanol gas inlet pipelines and an annular pipeline horizontally placed in the reaction kettle, wherein one ends of the methanol gas inlet pipelines are connected to a gas source through control valves, the other ends of the methanol gas inlet pipelines convey methanol gas into the annular pipeline after penetrating through the top of the reaction kettle; the annular pipeline is formed by connecting a plurality of pipelines through flanges, and methanol escape ports are densely distributed in the bottom of the annular pipeline, so that methanol is uniformly distributed in the reaction kettle; a gas outlet for discharging the redundant methanol is also formed in the top of the reaction kettle. According to the methanol distributor provided by the utility model, the methanol can be in full contact with an oil product, the esterification reaction speed is accelerated, the reaction time is shortened, and further the economic benefit is increased. |
