Summary: | The utility model provides a device for detecting the dryness of wet steam of an oil field steam injection boiler. The device comprises a steam branch, a softened deoxygenated water branch, a hot water pipeline and a steam-water ejector, wherein the steam branch is connected with a steam inlet of the steam-water ejector by a stop valve and a self-operated pressure regulator; the softened deoxygenated water branch is connected with a water inlet of the steam-water ejector; the hot water pipeline is connected with an outlet of the steam-water ejector. Part of the wet steam generated by the high-pressure steam injection boiler is mixed with part of softened deoxygenated water from water treatment equipment in the steam-water ejector to form warm water. The device can be used for achieving real-time on-line detection of the dryness of the wet steam by measuring the pressures, temperatures and flows of the softened deoxygenated water at the inlet and the warm water at the outlet of the steam-water ejector on line and with the help of PLC operation, the detection is accurate in and the operation is convenient. |
