A water inlet tube and a drain tube are connected with the outer wall of a boiler, a first electromagnetic valve is mounted on the water inlet tube, and a second electromagnetic valve is mounted on the drain tube; vertical tubes are densely arranged in the boiler, the upper ends of the vertical tubes communicate with the same upper connecting tube, and the lower ends of the vertical tubes communicate with the same lower connecting tube; an air inlet tube is mounted at the top of the outer wall of the boiler, one end of the air inlet tube is connected with an air compressor, and the other end of the air inlet tube communicates with the upper connecting tube; a three-way air outlet tube is mounted on the lower part of the outer wall of the boiler, the main of the three-way air outlet tube communicates with the lower connecting tube, one branch tube of the three-way air outlet tube is connected with a third electromagnetic valve and a thermometer, and another branch tube of the three-way air outlet tube is connected with a fourth electromagnetic valve and an air supply tube. By means of an electric heating method, the tea dryer can effectively heat air temperature to more than 320 DEG C, so that an optimal tea drying temperature can be reached; the tea dryer is structurally simple, and is easy to put into practice, the vertical tubes can be conveniently mounted in the boiler, and the cost is low. |
