Summary:The utility model discloses a semiconductor illumination module which integrates all or parts of an illumination configuration circuit and a light-emitting circuit. A covering piece at least covers the illumination configuration circuit, and does not cover a light exiting area and a corresponding cooling area of the light-emitting circuit so that the corresponding cooling area of the light-emitting circuit can make direct contact with an assembly area of a cooing device. By means of the technical scheme, the semiconductor illumination module solves the problems that an existing semiconductor illumination module is not convenient to mount and poor in cooling effect.
