The hand strap comprises a hand strap main body with a groove-shaped notch; the hand strap main body comprises a horizontal handrail part and arc-shaped support parts arranged on both sides of the horizontal handrail part; the groove-shaped notch of the hand strap main body is provided with a cotton lining and a rubber layer in sequence from inside to outside; a steel core is arranged inside each of the cotton lining and the rubber layer; a hand strap connecting sleeve is arranged outside the rubber layer in a sleeving manner; an opening is formed in the end part of one side of the hand strap connecting sleeve; a zipper is arranged at the opening; the rubber layer and the horizontal handrail part of the hand strap connecting sleeve are provided with air holes. The hand strap adopting the technical scheme has a heat dissipation function, thus prolonging the service life.
