The utility model discloses a hot reflux mixing kettle which comprises a cylinder, a feed opening, a discharge opening, a steam pipe coil and a cooling jacket, wherein the cylinder is connected with a gas-liquid separation tank through a material steam outlet; a return pipe at the bottom of the gas-liquid separation tank is inserted in the cylinder; the gas-liquid separation tank is connected with a shell-and tube condenser; a motor is connected with a stirring shaft through a coupling, and is fixed on a motor seat; the mixing kettle is provided with a mechanical seal; a stirring impeller comprises two solid steel columns perpendicular to the stirring shaft and distributed in a crossed manner; dispersing impellers parallel to the stirring shaft are welded at the two ends of each steel column. Materials in the center of the kettle rise, condense and reflux after vaporizing continuously to form ring-shaped liquid flow from bottom to top; the ring-shaped liquid flow forms a back reaction with a local fluid from inside to outside formed by rotating the stirring impeller to achieve a quickly and uniformly mixed effect; the hot reflux mixing kettle is low in equipment investment, convenient to operate, strong in generality, particularly suitable for mixing difficultly miscible liquid materials at a constant temperature, and wide in application prospect.
