The tea leaf deblocking and sifting multi-purpose machine at least comprises a deblocking unit, a sifting unit, a feeding pipeline and a splitting baffle plate, wherein the feeding pipeline is a three-way shunting pipeline; double outlets of the feeding pipeline are communicated with a feeding opening of the sifting unit and a feeding opening of the deblocking unit, respectively; the splitting baffle plate is used for closing one of the double outlets, and is articulated with a three-way diverting point of the feeding pipeline, or fixedly connected with the three-way diverting point of the feeding pipeline in a drawing manner; a discharge pipeline of the deblocking unit is of a three-way structure; a discharge opening of the discharge pipeline is communicated with an external material collecting component; the other discharge opening of the discharge pipeline is communicated with the feeding opening of the sifting unit; and the splitting baffle plate for closing one of the two discharge openings is arranged at the three-way diverting point of the discharge pipeline.
