When the straw returning device treats straws, each first grass clearing wheel can push the straws on the surface of the land to two sides of each first grass clearing wheel, so that a seeding strip used for seeding, which is not covered by the straws, is sorted out, and the ground temperature cannot be affected so as to facilitate seeding. The straws are piled up in a leisure line without burning the straws, so that the soil fertility is also effectively improved.
