The device overcome the shortages of the original heating device, and is reasonable in structure, uniform to radiate, efficient and energy saving; the carbon fiber heating element is adopted; the heating power is only 100 to 200W according to the design; the electricity-heat conversion efficiency is up to more than 98%; therefore, good energy saving effect can be achieved.
