The air pre-heater comprises an engine body and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) located below the engine body, wherein the engine body is sequentially provided with an air inlet, a fan, an adsorption chamber, a heating chamber and an air outlet from left to right; the heating chamber comprises a temperature controller, heaters and a window-shade baffle, wherein the window-shade baffle is located at certain side of the heating chamber, the temperature controller is arranged at the top end bottom ends of the heating chamber, and an insulating layer is adhered to the outside of the temperature controller; three heaters are uniformly arranged inside the heating chamber, and the heating chamber is internally provided with a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) ceramic wafer. According to the air pre-heater provided by the utility model, the absorption chamber and the heating chamber can be added into the air pre-heater for the boiler to absorb dust and impurities in the air, and then ensure the efficient and safety heating effect of the whole heating chamber by the PLC and a baffle in the course of heating, and the production cost is lower.
