Summary: | The utility model discloses an internal spherical-cage type constant-velocity universal joint which comprises a driving shaft, a bell-shaped shell, a retainer, a steel ball and a starlike sleeve, wherein the starlike sleeve is connected with the driving shaft through a spline; six grooves are formed in the outer spherical surface of the starlike sleeve, so that an outer channel is formed; the outer channel is formed by two or more sections of arc surfaces with different radii or arc centers; when the steel ball rolls on the outer channel, two or more contact points are formed on the curved surface of the outer channel, namely a contact point in each section of arc surface is in rolling connection with the steel ball. According to the internal spherical-cage type constant-velocity universal joint, the outer channel is designed to be provided with two sections of arc surfaces, as the arc centers of the arc surfaces are different, when the steel ball rolls on the outer channel, two contact points are naturally formed on the curved surface of the outer channel, so that the original single-point contact is changed into the double-point contact, the contact area between the steel ball and the starlike sleeve is enlarged, and further, the starlike sleeve is higher in abrasion resistance and higher in stability, so that the whole service life of the product is greatly prolonged. |
