A photoelectric signal detected by a photoelectric signal element is converted into an electric signal, and then the electric signal is converted into a digital signal through an analog-digital converter and transmitted to a computer for processing. The computer terminal reads the bar code information transmitted by the mobile terminal. Through the query of receiver contact information in a database, a short message is transmitted to all receivers through a GSM modem (equipment for receiving and sending a short message) at the same time. The device solves a tedious problem that a courier manually inputs a telephone number of the receiver and sends a short message to a receiver.
