The automatic line drawing clamp comprises a clamping device and a rotating device. The clamping device consists of a left clamp claw, a right clamp claw, a left evenly-split oscillating rod, a right evenly-split oscillating rod, an evenly-split rotating rod, a left clamp tube moving block, a right clamp tube moving block, a clamping linear guide rail, a left sliding block, and a right sliding block. The rotating device includes a rotating plate and an involute rotating shaft. The clamp is suitable for clamping and positioning of porcelain tubes with different specifications. Porcelain tubes can be obtained automatically from a feeding inlet and can be clamped tightly and be moved to a line drawing position precisely, and the superposition of the carbon lead needle tip and the center of the porcelain tube can be guaranteed, so that the positioning is precise. After the line drawing is completed, the porcelain tubes can be allocated to a finished product box and a waste box automatically according to the line drawing effects; and an auxiliary line drawing mechanism completes procedures of automatic material feeding, line drawing and material unloading. Therefore, the line drawing precision, the automation degree, and the production efficiency of the porcelain tubes are improved; and the production cost is lowered. |
