The interlocking circuit comprises a contactor relay K2, a double-throw switch K21, a double-throw circuit, a refrigerating unit controller, a switch K02 and a switch K12, wherein the double-throw switch K21 is controlled by the contactor coil K2, the double-throw circuit is respectively connected with two moving ends of the double-throw switch, the refrigerating unit controller is connected with a non-moving end of the double-throw switch K21, the opening/closing of the switch K02 is controlled by a first branch circuit of the double-throw circuit, the switch K02 is connected between a vehicle-mounted power supply system and a refrigerating unit, the opening/closing of the switch K12 is controlled by a second branch circuit of the double-throw circuit, the switch K12 is connected between the contactor coil K2 and the refrigerating unit, and the refrigerating unit controller is also connected with the refrigerating unit. The commercial power and vehicle power refrigerating interlocking circuit has the advantages that the principle is simple, the switching is flexible, the vehicle-mounted energy source is saved, the generation of electric arc in the plugging process is avoided, the safety in use is greatly guaranteed, the service life of a product is prolonged, and the circuit is suitable for being popularized and applied in a large-scale way.
