Summary: | The utility model relates to an antistatic oil-resistant mobile cable for a petrochemical mine system. The antistatic oil-resistant mobile cable comprises a plurality of conductors, ethane-tetrafluoroethene copolymer insulating layers are extruded outside the conductors to form a plurality of insulating cores, and a shielding layer is extruded outside the insulating cores. An inner polyurethane protective layer is extruded outside the shielding layer, a copper wire braiding armored layer is extruded outside the inner polyurethane protective layer, and a polyurethane outer protective layer is extruded outside the copper wire braiding armored layer. The antistatic oil-resistant mobile cable is simple and reasonable in structure, easy for process and manufacture, low in cost, excellent in use performance, and convenient for installation, and has antistatic, oil-resistant, warp-resistant, corrosion-resistant, waterproof, rat-prevention and outer impact force resistant performances. The antistatic oil-resistant mobile cable realizes signal transmission, and is applicable to places with 300/500V or lower AC rated voltage and with cold-resistant, wear-resistant and high-strength requirements. The cable can be reeled or expanded repeatedly during a use process without influencing the electric performances of the cable. The antistatic oil-resistant mobile cable is applicable to petrochemical and mining places with special requirements on no spark and static electricity. |
