A hybrid control system and control circuit relates to the mixing machine control field, and can carry out precise adjustment for the rotary speed of the mixing machine in a production step, and comprises a mixing machine frequency converter, a selector, a comparison circuit, a subtractor, a most value comparison circuit and a plurality of consistometers scattered in a stirring pool; an input end of the most value comparison circuit receives consistence signals outputted by the plurality of consistometers, and an output end of the most value comparison circuit outputs a maximum value and a minimum value of the plurality of consistence signals; an input end of the subtractor receives the maximum value and the minimum value, and an output end of the subtractor outputs a maximum different value obtained by the maximum value subtracting the minimum value; an input end of the comparison circuit receives the maximum different value and a set threshold value, and a comparison result serves as a frequency setting control signal and is outputted from an output end of the comparison circuit; a control end of the selector receives the frequency setting control signal, an input end of the selector receives a plurality of frequency setting signals, and one of the frequency setting signals is selected according to the frequency setting control signal and outputted to the mixing machine frequency converter through one output end.
