Summary: | The utility model discloses a non-contact sensor based double-end fixedly supported piezoelectric beam vibration detection and control device, which comprises a flexible beam body, a vibration excitation portion, a vibration detection portion and a vibration control portion, wherein the vibration excitation portion generates modal vibration signals through a signal generator, the modal vibration signals are amplified through a first piezoelectric driving amplification power supply, and the amplified modal vibration signals excite the flexible beam to vibrate through a piezoelectric excitation driver; the vibration detection portion detects vibrations of the flexible beam through a laser detection head and a piezoelectric ceramic piece sensor, and transmits the vibrations to a computer through a laser displacement sensor controller and a charge amplifier; and the vibration control portion applies the control quantity of control signals of the computer to the piezoelectric ceramic piece driver through a second piezoelectric driving amplification power supply, thereby realizing a purpose of active control for vibrations of the double-end fixedly supported flexible beam. |
