Summary:The utility model discloses a three-ball-pin universal joint assembly which comprises a three-ball-pin assembly and a barrel-shaped shell. The three-ball-pin assembly is arranged in the barrel-shaped shell. An arc-shaped groove is formed in the inner cylindrical face of the open portion in the barrel-shaped shell. A split washer is clamped in the arc-shaped groove and connected with the arc-shaped groove in a tensioned mode. The inner ring of the split washer is smaller than the outer contour of the three-ball-pin assembly. Due to the adoption of the scheme, when the three-ball-pin assembly is pulled, a ball ring on the three-ball-pin assembly can be effectively stopped through the split washer, the three-ball-pin assembly can not slide out of a rollway in the barrel-shaped shell after receiving force at any angle, and automobile operation safety is effectively guaranteed.
