The casing drilling operation pup joint is concretely characterized in that a plurality of flow-guiding inclined round holes are annularly and evenly distributed in the horizontal surface of each cyclone plate, and a plurality of spiral grooves are further circumferentially and evenly distributed in the outer wall of each cyclone plate; each spiral groove starts from the upper surface of the corresponding cyclone plate and ends on the lower surface of the corresponding cyclone plate; the axial distance of the spiral grooves is smaller than the thread pitch of the spiral grooves, and the spiral direction of the spiral grooves and the inclined direction of the flow-guiding inclined round holes are consistent. During work, the volume of fluid flowing through the cyclone plates within unit time is increased, so the force of the fluid for pushing a blade grid to rotate is increased; in this way, the power of a cyclone field formed by rotation of an impeller for pushing rock debris is increased, and therefore working efficiency is improved.
