Summary:The utility model provides a lever-type intermittent-and-non-intermittent-exchanging speed-change wheelchair which comprises a vehicle body portion, a drive portion and a transmission portion. The drive portion comprises a drive handle, a first drive chain wheel and a second drive chain wheel, wherein the first drive chain wheel and the second drive chain wheel are coaxially arranged. The transmission portion comprises chains, a reversing mechanism, a first driven ratchet wheel and a second driven ratchet wheel, wherein the first driven ratchet wheel and the second driven ratchet wheel are coaxially arranged. The first driven racket wheel and the second driven racket wheel coaxially drive a wheel shaft. The first drive chain wheel drives the first driven racket wheel through the chains. The second drive chain wheel drives the second driven racket wheel through the chains and the reversing mechanism. The drive handle is separately connected with the first drive chain wheel or connected with the first drive chain wheel and the second drive chain wheel. According to the lever-type intermittent-and-non-intermittent-exchanging speed-change wheelchair, the drive handle drives the first drive chain wheel separately or drives the first drive chain wheel and the second drive chain wheel at the same time in combination with the first driven racket wheel and the second driven racket chain wheel so as to achieve continuous drive and indirect drive of the wheel shaft.
