Summary: | A diffusion vessel for soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen measurement comprises a diffusion vessel body and a diffusion vessel cover. The diffusion vessel cover is tightly connected to an opening part of the diffusion vessel body or separated from the opening part. An absorbing chamber and an alkali liquor storage chamber are arranged in the closed space formed by the diffusion vessel body and the diffusion vessel cover. The absorbing chamber is hung on the inner top of the diffusion vessel cover. An opening of the absorbing chamber is communicated with the closed space. The alkali liquor storage chamber is arranged on the inner side wall of the diffusion vessel body. A liquor adding opening of the alkali liquor storage chamber is sealed through the diffusion vessel cover or a liquor adding opening sealing cover. A liquor adding channel communicated with the inner space of the diffusion vessel body is arranged at the bottom of the alkali liquor storage chamber. A valve element for blocking and sealing the channel or unblocking the channel is arranged on the liquor adding channel. The absorbing chamber is hung on the upper side, titration is conducted when the diffusion vessel body is separated from the absorbing chamber, operation is convenient, and contamination is avoided. When alkali liquor is added to a soil sample, a system is in a fully-closed state, the ammonia volatilization of a traditional diffusion vessel during liquor adding is avoided, and the experiment accuracy and the work efficiency are improved. |
