Summary:The utility model provides a micro device for studying on egg cells. The micro device comprises an egg cell micro perfusion unit and a circulating cooling unit. The egg cell micro perfusion unit comprises a first cover plate and a second cover plate which are used for fixing the micro perfusion unit. The circulating cooling unit is tightly attached to the first cover plate. A first thin film and a second thin film are sequentially arranged between the first cover plate and the second cover plate. A micro perfusion cavity is formed by a first notch groove in the first thin film and a second notch groove in the second thin film. The micro perfusion cavity is provided with an inlet catheter and an outlet catheter. A temperature sensing device is arranged in the cavity. A fixing baffle for fixing the positions of the egg cells and allowing a solution to pass through is arranged in the cavity and between the inlet catheter and the outlet catheter. A microscopic system formed after the micro device is connected with a perfusion microscopic device can be used for measuring the size response of the concentration-changed egg cells at a specific temperature and then determining permeability parameters of cell membranes.
