The belt-shaped composite throttling aerostatic guide rail comprises a guide rail body and a guide sleeve installed on the outer portion of the guide rail body. The guide sleeve is formed by splicing four aerostatic plates. The upper aerostatic plate and the lower aerostatic plate are each provided with an aerostatic working face. The left aerostatic plate and the right aerostatic plate are each provided with two parallel aerostatic working faces. A pressure relief groove is formed between every two corresponding aerostatic working faces. The pressure relief grooves are communicated with environmental air. Belt-shaped shallow cavities are formed in the middles of the aerostatic working faces. Air supply holes penetrating through the aerostatic plates are formed in the middles of the belt-shaped shallow cavities.
