Summary: | The utility model relates to a gasification furnace structure capable of simultaneously processing pulverized coal and coal water slurry. The gasification furnace structure comprises a furnace body, the furnace body is internally provided with a water wall, and a quenching chamber is arranged below a gasification chamber. The gasification furnace structure is characterized in that the top of the furnace body is provided with a coal water slurry nozzle, the upper portion of a side wall of the gasification furnace body is provided with at least three pulverized coal nozzles, and each pulverized coal nozzle is evenly distributed along the same horizontal circumference of the furnace body. Two operation starting nozzles are further symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the furnace body, the bottom of the furnace body is provided with a slag outlet, and a slag breaking machine is arranged on the slag outlet. The gasification furnace structure is high in coal type adaptability, can simultaneously process the pulverized coal and the coal water slurry and can perform mixed burning of four-high fault coal high in ash fusion point, ash content, sulphur content and alkali metal content; the single furnace treatment capacity is high, and the energy consumption is low. |
