Summary:The utility model discloses an automatic cutout mechanism for an in-mold sprue. The automatic cutout mechanism comprises a fixed mold cutting core installed in a fixed mold core and a movable mold cutting core installed in a movable mold core. The movable mold cutting core is fixedly connected with a push rod, a reset spring is arranged at the end, far away from the movable mold cutting core, of the fixed mold cutting core, and a cutting part is formed at the one, opposite to the fixed mold cutting core, of the movable mold cutting core; in the injection and pressure maintaining stage of an injection molding machine, the sprue is defined by the cutting part of the movable mold cutting core and the cutting part of the fixed mold cutting core; after pressure maintaining is completed, the movable mold cutting core is driven by the push rod to move to the fixed mold cutting core so as to cut off the sprue. By means of the automatic cutout mechanism for the in-mold sprue, the problem that a runner and a product cannot be separated automatically through an existing direct opening type sprue injection mold is solved, and the problems that the production efficiency is low and the reject ratio of the product is low are solved.
