A cylinder piston rod is sequentially connected with an extension rod and an active plate through an active rod bolt. A guiding shaft is fixed between a support base plate and a positioning plate, the guiding shaft penetrates through a bush in the active plate arranged on a fixing seat. Guiding blocks are connected with the positioning plate through second locking pins, the guiding blocks are connected with the active plate through first locking pins, pressing claws are arranged on the guiding blocks, and the pressing claws are matched with a dowel fixed to the active plate. The guiding blocks and the pressing claws can rotate around the second locking pins, and the first locking pins can slide in guiding block cotter ways. When the cylinder piston rod moves upwards, the dowel arranged on the active plate is driven to move upwards, and the positioning plate surface of a flange is exposed. When the cylinder piston rod moves downwards, the guiding blocks and the pressing claws both rotate around the second locking pins, and the pressing claws move downwards to press the flange. The flange clamping device has the advantages that the operation is easy and convenient, the tooling structure is simple, and the working efficiency and the stability of a fixture are greatly improved.
