The waste gas absorption treatment tower comprises a tower bottom, a plurality of packing sections, a plasma waste gas treatment section and a tower cap; an air inlet and a liquid outlet are formed in the tower bottom; a packing supporting plate and a sprinkler for sprinkling nozzle; the plasma waste gas treatment section comprises a gas inlet adsorption cabinet, a high-voltage electric field generator and an exhaust adsorption cabinet; the gas inlet adsorption cabinet is provided with an adsorption box containing an adsorbent; the second adsorption cabinet is provided with a catalytic box containing a catalyst and an adsorption box containing an adsorbent; an air outlet is formed in the top end of the tower cap.
