According to the technical scheme, the pre expansion and installation of the stress cone can be realized at the installation filed; and the expansion process and other processes of the outdoor terminal can be carried out simultaneously. Meanwhile, a phenomenon that the period of the cold shrinking fitting is too long after expansion and thus the stress cone retracts and can not be recovered completely can be avoided and the impression generated by the cold shrinkage support bar can be prevented.
