Summary: | The utility model relates to a barrel displacement overrun and chain breakage detection device for a slag cooler. The device comprises a supporting ring, a radial plate, a rotary barrel, three proximity switches and a zero-speed switch, wherein the proximity switches are used for detecting axial and radial displacement overrun; the zero-speed switch is used for detecting chain breakage; the supporting ring and the radial plate are fixed through a plurality of bolts serving as detection points of the zero-speed switch; the radial plate is welded on the barrel wall of the rotary barrel; the zero-speed switch is mounted on the outer side of the radial plate; one of the three proximity switches is positioned below the supporting ring, and the other two proximity switches are positioned on two sides of the supporting ring oppositely; a floating gap is reserved between each proximity switch and the supporting ring. By using the zero-speed switch and the proximity switches, the problems of detection of the displacement overrun and the chain breakage of the slag cooler are solved; on the basis of no addition of a sensing disk, the supporting ring, the radial plate and the bolts are utilized as detection signal sources, so that losses caused by the barrel displacement overrun of the slag cooler and the chain breakage of the slag cooler are effectively avoided. |
