A drum-type aerobic compost reactor comprises a drum main body, a drum spindle, a rack, a motor, a speed reducer and a transmission mechanism, wherein a liner layer arranged on the inner side of the drum body is divided into a plurality of liner layer compartments that are separated mutually; and each compartment is internally provided with a corresponding air inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe and a drainage port. Ventilation and drainage pipeline systems are arranged at the two ends of the drum body, and air is always blown in from the lower side of a windrow in a drum and exhausted from the upper side of the drum by controlling valves on the air inlet pipes and the exhaust pipes. At the same time, backflow prevention design in the liner layer compartments of the drum can reduce backflow of moisture generated by the windrow in a compost process to the windrow with the rotation of the drum after the moisture is drained. With the adoption of the design, ventilation of a drum reactor is more uniform and sufficient, properties of materials in the compost process are more uniform, and a compost treatment effect and compost product quality are further improved.
