Summary: | The utility model relates to an LED display screen unit module gluing clamp which comprises a clamp body, a metal cushion plate and an ejection plate. The clamp body is provided with a locating side face used for locating the metal cushion plate and an outer area array drive plate. The locating side face is provided with a group of cushion plate locating pins. The metal cushion plate and the locating side face are parallel. The metal cushion plate is provided with a group of locating holes in mortise and tenon fit with the corresponding cushion plate locating pins. The locating side face is further provided with a group of drive plate clamp pins. When the area array drive plate is located to the locating side face of the clamp body, the drive plate clamp pins make contact with the edges of the area array drive plate and restrain horizontal movement of the area array drive plate in the direction parallel to the locating side face. A group of parallel ejector rods are arranged on one side face of the ejection plate. The clamp body is provided with a group of ejector rod holes through which the ejector rods penetrate and the ejector rod holes are located in a region defined by the drive plate clamp pins. By the adoption of the LED display screen unit module gluing clamp, accurate localization can be achieved, friction force of the area array drive plate is reduced, a unit module can be conveniently taken out after gluing operation is conducted, and production efficiency is improved. |
