A plurality of dust suction nozzles are arranged above the grinding piece and communicated with the inner wall of the fixing cover. The grinding and dust removal device is compact in structure; a supporting structure is arranged on the periphery of the fixing sleeve, and therefore the grinding and dust removal device can be conveniently installed on a waist; the grinding direction, strength and position are controlled by hand, and control operation is convenient; meanwhile, a buffer structure is arranged on the grinding drive motor, and when the grinding resistance is large, stress buffer can be conducted; meanwhile, the fixing cover is arranged at the part, where dust is prone to being produced, of the grinding piece and connected with a dust removal device, and the dust removal effect is good.
