Summary:The utility model relates to a breathing device for an engine and belongs to the technical field of engine components. An air inlet is formed in one side of a base plate of the lower cover, an oil-gas separating cavity is formed in the air inlet, a spring is installed in the oil-gas separating cavity through a one-way valve membrane, an air outlet is formed in the portion, located on one side of the air inlet, of a supporting plate of the lower cover, and filter paper is movably installed on the portion, corresponding to the air inlet, of the inner wall of the upper cover. The breathing device for the engine is simple in structure and small in occupied space, during work, an oil-gas mixture enters the oil-gas separating cavity for primary separation and then enters a cavity of a breathing valve, a vortex is formed by the oil-gas mixture under the action of an upper rib plate and a lower rib plate, so that secondary separation of the mixture is conducted, and the purpose of oil-gas separation is achieved. By the adoption of the breathing device, oil consumption can be effectively reduced, and environment protection is facilitated. The breathing device for the engine has the advantages of being reliable in performance and high in matching property.
