A suspension foldable automatic door comprises frame stand columns, first door leaves and second door leaves, wherein the first door leaves are installed on the frame stand columns through first pin shafts in a hinged mode, and the second door leaves are installed on the first door leaves through second pin shafts in a hinged mode. Transmission shafts are arranged on the internal side edges of the frame stand columns, and driving motors are arranged at the bottoms of the frame stand columns. Driving gears are arranged at the bottoms of the transmission shafts, output gears are arranged on the driving motors, and the driving gears are connected with the output gears of the driving motors. First door leaf follow-up gears are arranged at the lower ends of the first pin shafts and connected with the driving gears. Follow-up sprocket wheels are arranged at the upper ends of the second pin shafts and drive the second door leaves to rotate. Driving sprocket wheels are arranged at the upper ends of the transmission shafts and connected with the follow-up sprocket wheels through chains and jockey sprocket wheels.
