The aluminum alloy hinge is characterized in that the two ends of the lower side of the upper hinge body are each provided with an upper connecting barrel and a connecting groove is formed between the two upper connecting barrels; an upper fixing board is arranged on the upper side of the upper hinge body and upper screw installation holes are formed in the two ends of the portion, corresponding to the connecting groove, of the upper fixing board; a lower connecting barrel is arranged on the upper side of the lower hinge body, the length of the lower connecting barrel corresponds to the size of the connecting groove, the lower connecting barrel is correspondingly assembled in the connecting groove, and the insertion core is arranged in the upper connecting barrel and the lower connecting barrel; a lower fixing board used for being connected with the top-hung window is arranged on the lower side of the lower hinge body and lower screw installation holes are formed in the two ends of the lower fixing board. The aluminum alloy hinge is simple in structure, low in cost, stable in performance, flexible in rotation, easy to machine and assemble, convenient and quick to construct, free of potential disengagement risks, high in safety performance and free of the phenomenon that a sash is displaced and can not be opened or closed.
