A cover plate which can open or close the opening is arranged at the opening of the box body. The bottom edge of the opening of the box body is hinged to the bottom end of the cover plate. Two link mechanisms are arranged between the left side of the box body and the top end of the cover plate from front to back in a spaced mode. Each link mechanism comprises a first connection rod and a second connection rod, the left end of each first connection rod is hinged to the left side of the box body, the right end of each first connection rod is hinged to the left end of the corresponding second connection rod through a hinged shaft, and the right end of each second connection rod is hinged to the top end of the cover plate. A rotation rod which extends frontwards and backwards is arranged between the two hinged shafts of the two link mechanisms. A pulling rod is fixedly arranged on the rotation rod and is perpendicular to the rotation rod, and a handle is arranged on the pulling rod.
