Summary: | The utility model provides a multi-reinforcing-plate aluminum alloy crank. Two or more reinforcing plates (2) are distributed on the periphery of a head (3), or two or more plate core holes (1) are formed in the periphery of the head (3) and each reinforcing plate (2) is fixedly arranged on the corresponding plate core hole (1) through a screw. Preferably, each plate groove (4) is formed in the side of the portion, around the corresponding plate core hole (1), of the head (3), and each reinforcing plate (2) is inserted in the corresponding plate groove (4) and fixed through the screw on the corresponding plate core hole (1). The reinforcing plates (2) are provided with riveting holes used for being riveted with a chain wheel. Preferably, the reinforcing plates (2) are each of a bow shape, the riveting holes directly make contact with the chain wheel, and firmness is better. Preferably, the reinforcing plates (2) are evenly distributed. By the adoption of the multi-reinforcing-plate aluminum alloy crank, the number of the reinforcing plates is increased, the number of force receiving points is increased, the force moment is optimized, the multi-reinforcing-plate aluminum alloy crank becomes a common crank if the reinforcing plates are detached, different requirements can be met, and multiple purposes can be achieved through the crank. Preferably, the crank is made of aluminum alloy so as to be light, good in tenacity and firm. The multi-reinforcing-plate aluminum alloy crank is firmer, light and good in tenacity. |
