A plurality of clamping grooves for receiving magnetic strips are formed in the conveying belt and are sequentially arrayed. The conveying roller is connected with a drive device. A transition plate is arranged between the pressing roller and the conveying belt and provided with a convergence plate. By means of the strip penetrating device, the pressure on workers is lowered, the workers do not need to keep working in high accuracy all the time and can easily operate to accurately make the magnetic strips penetrate into sealing strips, the fatigue degree of the workers is lowered, and meanwhile accuracy and the work efficiency are improved.
