A plurality of supporting bases are evenly mounted on the machine frame in the circumferential direction. Roller ball bearings are mounted between the supporting bases and the lower surface of the working table board. The lower surface of the working table board is fixedly provided with a gear ring. A speed reducer is mounted on the machine frame. An output shaft of the speed reducer is sleeved with a lower disk and an upper disk of a toothed electromagnetic clutch and a driving gear from bottom to top in sequence. The upper disk and the lower disk of the toothed electromagnetic clutch transfer power through electromagnetic force.
