Summary:The utility model discloses a production system for producing a charge neutralizer. The system comprises a head tank and a reaction kettle, wherein the bottom of the head tank is connected with the top of the reaction kettle by virtue of a pipeline which is provided with a dropping addition device; a main stirring shaft is vertically arranged in the reaction kettle; four assistant stirring shafts are uniformly arranged around the main stirring shaft; the included angles between the assistant stirring shafts and the vertical direction are ranged from 30 to 60 degrees; the main stirring shaft is sequentially provided with a first stirring blade unit, a second stirring blade unit and a third stirring blade unit from top to bottom. The utility model aims to provide the production system for producing the charge neutralizer; by adopting the production system, the nonuniformity of materials at different liquid level heights is reduced.
