The foot hook rods (1) are sleeved with the cotton-padded coverings (2), the foot hook rods (1) are arranged at one end of the lying board (3), and the end, connected with the foot hook rods (1), of the lying board (3) bends upwards, the cushion (4) is arranged in the middle of the lying board (3) and movable, the middle of the cushion (4) is slightly concave downwards, and the handle (5) is arranged at the other end of the lying board (3). On one hand, the convenient sit-up device can be used in the bed at any time, and the arrangement of the cushion can not make a bed sheet in a mess; on the other hand, by means of the handle, a user can do leg lift exercises.
